As a Product Manager, you’ll be the strategic mastermind connecting the dots between user needs, technological innovation, and business goals on a global scale. If you’re passionate about creating products that can improve the travel experience, we’d love to meet you. 

What You’ll Do on a Typical Day:

Define and execute the product roadmap for AI-powered features, ensuring alignment with business goals (AI & Machine Learning) Collaborate with the Engineering Managers and the AI Engineers to develop and deploy machine learning models and GenAI products into production. Prioritize all AI initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and alignment with user needs and company strategy. Translate complex AI / GenAI / Machine Learning concepts into business-friendly language to communicate effectively with stakeholders. Define key success metrics and track their performance over time in collaboration with the team. Gather user feedback and analyze market trends to inform future AI-driven features.

What We’re Looking For:

5+ years for a Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Solid understanding of AI (GenAI & Machine Learning) fundamentals, including model lifecycle, data quality, and performance metrics. Experience collaborating with data scientists and engineers to bring models from concept to production. Knowledge of emerging concepts like Machine Learning, agentic and predictive analytics. Strong communication skills, including the ability to convey complex and abstract concepts to both technical and business teams, peers, and leadership. Data-driven approach by understanding existing key performance indicators and the importance of metrics in defining success. Demonstrated ability to understand and lead a cross-functional engineering team in collaboration with the Engineering Manager. Influencing skills, including experience working within a large matrix organization. Experience working in an agile environment, managing backlogs, and prioritizing using data. Knowledge of the business travel domain is appreciated.
