We are dedicated to establishing ourselves as leaders in AI-Powered Analytics and Insights, particularly in fraud detection and credit assessment areas, for high-value analytics that drive cutting-edge solutions. We are currently seeking a seasoned Product Management Director to spearhead and shape the vision for our Provenir AI offering. Despite being less than a year old, this product has already launched successfully in two global markets, with plans for six additional regional launches in 2024. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Founder/CEO to elevate our product management capabilities, ensuring alignment with company strategy and customer requirements, especially in the context of major banks in emerging markets. While this role is remote-friendly, we prefer candidates based in the UK. Our team also benefits from an impressive office space where team members convene periodically.Key Responsibilities

Own the short and long-term vision for the Provenir AI roadmap, specifically tailored for major banks in emerging markets. Advocate for customer needs and user experience within internal discussions, with a focus on AI-driven fraud detection and credit assessment solutions. Collaborate cross-functionally with data engineering, data science, software development, program management, and operations teams to drive feature development and deployment. Craft compelling product narratives that outline project goals and success paths, emphasizing high-value analytics as the core engine of our solutions. Lead research efforts, analyzing data, customer experiences, and prototyping solutions for major banks in emerging markets. Drive product launches through cohesive coordination with leadership, engineering, design, CX, and sales teams. Develop product roadmaps in alignment with our vision and commercial objectives, engaging with the Executive Team. Manage multiple projects of varying complexities, translating ideas into operational systems and products. Collaborate with other departments such as sales, marketing, accounts, project management, finance, and management during product initiatives. Communicate product feature/release timelines effectively to key stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills10+ years of Product Management experience with a strong track record in AI/ML product development within dynamic environments, especially for major banks in emerging markets. Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, mathematics, information technology, or related fields (Master’s degree is advantageous). Domain expertise in AI/Machine Learning technologies within financial services, cloud technologies, API products, credit, fraud, or marketing. Proficient in shaping and executing strategy for technical products, including API-based solutions. Familiarity with AI/ML and data cloud architectures and principles. Proven experience in successful product launches, especially API-based products, for major banks in emerging markets. Strong design sensibility and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences. Excellent communication skills, with an ability to understand and address technical and operational challenges. Proficiency in SDLC and Agile methodologies. Experience in scaling B2B businesses in AI/ML, particularly in fraud mitigation and credit assessment solutions. Ability to discuss technical concepts, manage tradeoffs, and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, especially in the context of emerging markets. While not mandatory, additional strengths such as experience in early-stage environments, familiarity with LATAM and SEA markets, and knowledge of XOps and Data Management principles would be advantageous.
