THE ROLE

As Product Data Scientist you will:

  • Use insight to understand user behaviour, friction and value drivers
  • Partner closely with product teams to solve problems and shape strategy
  • Define core product metrics and ensure accuracy and adoption across teams
  • Lead experimentation design and uplift analysis to drive continuous improvement
  • Build dashboards and self-serve tools for faster decision-making
  • Deliver clear, commercially aligned recommendations to senior stakeholders
  • Maintain a structured knowledge base of product insights and learnings
  • Deliver experimentation roadmaps and hypothesis-driven product improvements


YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Strong SQL with hands-on experience analysing product data
  • Exposure to dbt and version-controlled analytics workflows
  • Python for deeper analysis and exploration
  • Experience with modern BI tools (Lightdash / Looker or similar)
  • Strong communication and data storytelling
  • Background in product analytics in consumer-facing digital businesses
