The EU Amazon Customer Excellence System team (ACES)is seeking anenthusiastic, data-driven and technology-mindedProcess Owners to contributeto the improvement, growth and fastpaced changes of the EU Operationsnetwork. The EU ACES PSE (Processand Systems Engineering) is a team of Process Ownerswith themission to support Fulfillment Center (FC) process improvementonbehalf of Amazon customers. Our team owns the responsibility oforchestratingthe technology project execution, communication,troubleshooting and changemanagement between Amazon FulfillmentTechnology team and Fulfillment CenterOperations. We own thevirtual process setup, software and equipmentstandardization anddesign & rollout of software projects. We provide an end-to-endsupport and definition for new FC launches and ad-hoc FCprocesssupport. Our vision together with Amazon FulfillmentTechnology team is todevelop FC system tools that provide quick andreliable service to ourcustomers and support defect free FCprocessing to provide the best customerexperience. Successfulcandidate will work in partnership with existing Process ownersandworldwide Subject Matter Experts (SME) network towards design,development andtactical execution of project improvement plan andnew product developmentplans. Key job responsibilities Be the SMEin the network evidenced as being the ‘go to’ process owner forthemost complex operational problems of their processes andsignificantlyinfluencing and driving the technical vision androadmap to advancefulfillment center products and services Keyinfluencer in contributing to strategic goals, roadmap and plansfor yourprocess area including idea scoping, business analysis,prioritization, androbust planning. By writing compelling businessproposals for a diverseaudience (Technology leaders, businessleaders and operational leaders). End to end project management ofmultiple project simultaneously, with a timecritical delivery.Deliver savings according to the established target and createfinancialmodels together with finance partners to control andreport on thedeliverables. Drive mindful discussions with numerouscross-functional business andtechnology teams through ideation,planning and execution including AFT(Amazon FulfillmentTechnology), FC Launch, Supply Chain, and EU fulfillmentcenterleaders. Create standards for your process and create trainingmaterial incollaboration with the Learning & Development team,to secure high level ofknowledge within the FC operations. Workclosely with the extended EU ACES teams, to define the physicalprocess,process metrics and training material to create and auditthe highest processstandards. Our goal is to designautonomous and automated systems to remove complexdecision-makingwith simple solutions and to facilitate operational control ofendto end fulfillment execution. ### BASIC QUALIFICATIONS• CompletedBachelor Degree (Math, Engineering, Science, Business) • Largescale, Cross-functional project management experience. • Thoroughunderstanding of all aspects of Lean Six Sigma (define,measure,analyse, improve, and control (DMAIC and DMADV DFSS)models. • Proficient in training & coaching Lean Six Sigmaprinciples. • Demonstrable problem-solving, mathematic, andanalytical skills using datato drive decisions in a businessenvironment. • Experience with analytical tools such as SQL,Tableau or Microsoft Access ### PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS• Advanceddegree Master’s Degree (Math, Engineering, Science, Business) •Lean six sigma Black Belt ( Master black Belt preferred) Certified.• Demonstrable experience of hands on Continuous improvementandLean_six_sigma coaching experience. • Extensive experience oftraining and coaching teams on lean six sigma andother processexcellence toolsmethodologies. • Experience driving processexcellence and continuous improvement culture ina largeorganisation. • Strong Processbenchmark auditing and non-compliancemanagement experience. • Experience with modern machine learning:deep learning, onlinereinforcementlearning, semi-supervised andtransfer learning. • Evidence of experience of working withtechnology and software teams toalign requirements and drivesolution development.
