The Transformation Manager plays a key role in driving Business Process Management (BPM) practices at Aristocrat. The BPM Center of Excellence is part of the Global Strategy Delivery organization reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer. In this role, you will enhance operational efficiency and drive data-driven decision-making through robust BPM frameworks. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying areas for process optimization, implementing BPM methodologies, and leveraging advanced analytics to transform business operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of BPM practices and technologies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

This role will report to the Head of the Center of Excellence (Senior Director of Global Transformation). This role will be based in our London office on a hybrid basis it may require travel to our global offices such as Sydney and the Las Vegas, on occasions.What You'll DoSupport the execution of Aristocrat's BPM CoE roadmap

Coordinate business process improvement strategies with internal stakeholders

Monitor and support process stakeholders with process performance identification and analysis and improvements

Support Process Owners & Stewards in identifying process improvement opportunities with a view to enabling continual improvement across strategically targeted processes

Support benchmarking activities with process stakeholders

Serve as a subject matter expert in the BPM discipline

Support and coach analysts/improvement specialists (CoE and wider organization)

Support the business with understanding improvement benefits and ROI

Lead process mining project(s) owning the analysis outcomes with the support of Technical Data stakeholders, Platform Data SMEs, and process SMEs in the extract, transform and load (ETL) into process mining / data analytics platform

What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Business, Process Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field with 5-7 years of related work experience.

Minimum three years of proven experience in BPM, process mining, process improvement, project management, and data analytics

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with demonstrated improvement experience. (desirable)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in BPM and process mining tools (e.g., BPMN, Celonis, SAP Signavio, ARIS) and data analytics software (e.g., SQL, Python, Tableau, R)

Cross-functional team leadership experience and management consulting (internal or external), preferably within the gaming, technology and media sectors

Experience with the governance of BPM in a large, global organization

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
