Keyjobresponsibilities- Become a subject matter expert inflowmanagement tools and processes, and how they interface withFCoperations.- Carry out deep dive analysis intoimprovementopportunities, promoting and leading comprehensiveaction plansacross multiple stakeholders.- Partner withvaried stakeholdergroups across multiple business areas and levelsof seniority.Communication of complex topics in an accessible wayis a criticalelement of the role.- Track, communicate,and influence keyperformance indices such as customer risk,compliance with flowplanning, and performance to site levelKPIs- Take part in coachinginitiatives to share yourknowledge of the area with operators, ortrain new PCS as part oftheir on-boarding.A day in thelifeAs aProcess Control Specialist (PCS) you will beresponsible for theday-to-day management of flow standards in apartner FulfillmentCenter (FC). You will work together withOperations leaders to plan,then execute a shift while escalatingrisks or standard workdeviations to senior managers. The PCS isexpected act as a keyadvisor on all matters relating to customerfulfillment.As part ofthis role you will need to beflexible to work on shift patternsincluding night, and weekendworking.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Youareproficient in English (European Framework level B2)-You have astrong track record of communication skills acrossmultiplestakeholder groups.- You are a problem solver,comfortable workingwith data to make criticaldecisions.PREFERREDQUALIFICATIONS-Fluency in another Europeanlanguage- Able to show experienceworking in remote /centralized teams- Data science skillsincludingSQL- You have excellent judgement, and be able tomakedecisions under pressure.- Ability to influence othersinpressured situations in pursuit of great outcomes.-Problem solvingand analytical skills, ability to analyse numericaldata points, andwork with data to assess situations and takeappropriateaction.Amazon is an equalopportunities employer.
