The PCS isexpected act as a keyadvisor on all matters relating to customerfulfillment.As part ofthis role you will need to beflexible to work on shift patternsincluding night, and weekendworking.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Youareproficient in English (European Framework level B2)-You have astrong track record of communication skills acrossmultiplestakeholder groups.- You are a problem solver,comfortable workingwith data to make criticaldecisions.PREFERREDQUALIFICATIONS-Fluency in another Europeanlanguage- Able to show experienceworking in remote /centralized teams- Data science skillsincludingSQL- You have excellent judgement, and be able tomakedecisions under pressure.- Ability to influence othersinpressured situations in pursuit of great outcomes.-Problem solvingand analytical skills, ability to analyse numericaldata points, andwork with data to assess situations and takeappropriateaction.Amazon is an equalopportunities employer.
