Data Analytics Manager

One of G2 Recruitment's local authority clients in the North West of the UK are seeking an experienced Private Sector Housing Officer to join their team for the next 6 months to Cover Maternity leave.

The role will primarily be focused on complaints work with Housing Standards and Conditions.
The position is hybrid so will require some office/site presence - ideally twice per/week but will depending on your inspections that are booked in advance.
Rates are negotiable depending on experience.

Criteria to be considered:

  • Must have HHSRS certificate (Housing Health and Safety Rating System)
  • Recent local authority experience within Private Sector Housing/Housing Standards/Housing Enforcement.
  • Be confident conducting inspections on your own for HMO properties.
