We are seeking an experienced Principal Product Manager to join our team and help us explore new opportunities within our Analytics product line. You will play a crucial role in designing scalable platform primitives and infrastructure to help customers transform our Analytical capabilities.

As a key member of our product team, you will be responsible for identifying new product opportunities, defining product strategy, and leading the product development process from ideation to launch and growth. This high-impact role will require you to lead large, cross-functional projects and exercise decision-making power to solve valuable problems for our customers.

What to expect? 

Define Analytics platform product strategy and roadmap to help customers transform content and experiences  Define and track key product metrics and KPIs to measure product success Lead product discovery and proactively engage with customers to uncover insights into their needs. Develop a deep understanding of their content systems, foster relationships and collaborative design & innovation. Drive the product development process with clear product requirements and rapid iterations Partner closely with engineers in technical research and build APIs, services, and complex systems at scale.  Engage with pricing, marketing, legal teams to ensure products meet security, legal standards as well as has successful go to market Communicate product status, progress, and risks to stakeholders and senior leadership for a high-visibility project spanning multiple product lines.

What you need to be successful

Strong product fundamentals, experience defining opportunities, discovering with customers, moving quickly to test hypotheses, and then bringing products to life. Proven experience building enterprise-grade B2B SaaS products with complex data, AI, or analytics components. Deep understanding of data pipelines, tracking mechanisms, and analytics, with experience in building products that handle large volumes of data. API-first and platform mindset, ensuring integration flexibility for enterprise customers to enable extensibility, interoperability across systems. A strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, ideally with experience building AI capabilities at scale using platform services. Knowledge of best practices and common pitfalls in enterprise adoption. Proven record of successful cross-group collaboration across Product Lines, ability to build shared alignment on strategy & execution Proven ability to engage with executives, GTM teams, and other stakeholders, articulating complex product roadmaps and product concepts with clarity. Skilled at reducing ambiguity, guiding decision-making, and aligning diverse teams on shared goals. 0 to 1, entrepreneurial thinker, defining net new area and creating a strategy & execution path to deliver upon that. Passion for working in environments with high uncertainty maintaining momentum.
