The Role The Principal ProductDesigner role is perfect for someone ready to lead with design andmake a massive impact. Reporting to the VP of Product, this roleinvolves heading up the design vision for the companies cuttingedge, AI platform, embedding a design-first mindset across thecompany and crafting a design system that sets the tone for productdevelopment. Whether it’s technical personas or non-techy folks,the Principal Product Designer will ensure the platform deliversuser- friendly solutions for everyone. Beyond shaping the designstrategy, this role also involves leading a team of designers,providing direction, mentorship, and a supportive space forcreativity to flourish. Think of it as being the Yoda of the designworld, guiding the team to greatness while driving an entire designculture shift across the business What You’ll Be Doing - Craftingand communicating the design vision and strategy for the platform,while ensuring creativity and quality stay sky-high. - Building andmentoring a top-notch design team, and helping them level up theirskills. - Leading the charge in creating UI/UX elements,illustrations, and visual assets that are both stunning andfunctional. - Collaborating closely with product squads to weavedesign seamlessly into the development process. - Being the voicefor user-centric design and ensuring products are built around realpersonas and user feedback. - Staying plugged into industry trends,always on the lookout for new ways to experiment and innovate. -Jumping in to help with sales assets that highlight the platform’svalue. Who They’re Looking For This isn’t your first rodeo! Myclient are searching for a Principal Product Designer with a proventrack record leading design teams and delivering top-tier B2Bproducts. They want someone who: - Has a knockout portfolio thatshows off expertise in visual design, UI/UX, and branding. - Is apro with design tools like Sketch, Figma, or similar. -Communicates like a champ and can present ideas that inspire. -Knows user-centered design, usability, and accessibility standardsinside and out. - Can balance creative vision with strategicbusiness goals. - Has experience working with technical platforms(extra points if it’s AI!) and leading cross-functional teams. - Isendlessly curious about how AI is reshaping the business world. TheIdeal Candidate (aka You!) We are looking for a creativedynamo—someone with solid UX and/or UI chops, backed up by an epicportfolio of projects.
