General Description

We are looking for a Principal Architect with strong client-facing experience to be part of our team in the UK. In this position, you will lead end-to-end technology strategies, working closely with teams in the UK, EU, Brazil and other countries in Latin America.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Be prepared to work on-site at our clients based in theUKwhen needed, being responsible for building strong relationships, identifying opportunities and developing new business.
  2. Understand and translate complex business problems into technology strategies.
  3. Lead the crafting of technical proposals, points of view, and pitching those to non-technical stakeholders.
  4. Lead the end-to-end technology delivery, from hiring engineering teams, bootstrapping projects and managing in-flight programs along with other senior managers and digital strategists.
  5. Experience in designing and delivering modern digital platforms on complex technical and business scenarios.
  6. Willingness to work with different technologies and learn every day.
  7. Ability to share your knowledge with other team members.
  8. Visit and connect to other European clients a few weeks throughout the year in order to bootstrap projects, establish and expand relationships with key technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  9. Collaborate with strategy, customer experience, product and non-technical program management teams.
  10. Ensure that solutions are following modern engineering best practices.

What Were Looking For

  1. An experienced Enterprise Architect whos built and executed end-to-end technology strategies across EMEA/Globally.
  2. Strong exposure to pitching and working closely with sales teams to help with the proposal process.
  3. A background in software development or similar to give a strong understanding of the SDLC.
  4. Previous experience within a consultancy similar to CI&T.
