Responsibilities:

  • Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons that cater to a diverse range of learning styles.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and confidence.
  • Differentiate teaching to support children with varying abilities, including those with SEN.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents to enhance student learning and well-being.
  • Monitor and track student progress, providing regular feedback and intervention where necessary.
  • Maintain a high standard of classroom management, ensuring a safe and productive learning space.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience working as aPrimary Teacher, either in a permanent or supply capacity.
  • A strong understanding of the primary curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • A commitment to creating a positive and engaging learning experience for all students.
