Summary of Role:
Join our client's dynamic Consumer Pricing Team to take charge of critical pricing strategies and influence business outcomes. As aPricing Manager, you'll leverage your technical expertise inRadarandEmblemto build pricing models and provide strategic insights. This is a key role offering significant exposure across senior leadership, allowing you to shape the future of pricing across a portfolio of policies worth over £300m.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the consumer pricing strategy to drive profitability and meet business goals.
  • Conduct statistical analysis and actuarial modelling to support pricing strategies.
  • Manage a team of analysts, providing insights and forecasts for senior stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with FCA pricing regulations and lead responses to regulatory challenges.
  • Oversee and optimise pricing models using tools likeRadarandEmblem, and contribute to strategic decisions through data-driven insights.



Essential Skills:

  • Significant experience in insurance pricing, ideally within the motor insurance sector.
  • Advanced analytical and technical skills, with hands-on experience inRadarandEmblem.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities, with experience managing pricing teams and influencing executive-level stakeholders.



Desirable Skills:

  • Familiarity with data science tools such asRandPython.
