What are we looking for
  • Preferred education Is a university degree In business or IT
  • 10 years of experiencein Data & Analytics Business Intelligence or a related field preferably in a multinational or consumer goods environment
  • Proven track record of leading analytics teamsand driving business impact through datadriven decisionmaking
  • Strong experience inbusiness partneringtranslating complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership and operational teams
  • Experience incentralizing and scaling analytics capabilitiesacross multiple business units or regions
  • Knowledge ofadvanced analytics data science and AI/ML applicationsin a business context is a plus
What will be your key responsibilities
  • Lead the Enterprise Analytics product lineby defining and executing a clear strategy for OEspecific analytics ensuring alignment with business priorities and enterprise standards.
  • Centralize all PNE Data & Analytics effortsunder a single governance model consolidating fragmented analytics initiatives to drive efficiency consistency and business impact.
  • Act as the strategic business partner to PNE leadership and OE teamstranslating business needs into actionable analytics solutions that enhance decisionmaking optimize performance and support business transformation.
  • Collaborate closely with the AOE D&A teamto ensure PNE leverages global frameworks to delivery scalable solutions for the OE and meet regional operational needs.
  • Prioritize and drive adoption of analytics solutionsensuring OE teams have the right tools skills and insights to maximize value from data.
  • Develop a structured data governance frameworkensuring data accuracy reliability and compliance with enterprise standards while enabling seamless data integration across functions.
  • Lead the continuous evolution of analytics capabilitiesidentifying emerging trends tools and technologies that can drive competitive advantage for PNE.
  • Drive change management and upskilling effortsensuring OE teams are fully enabled to leverage analytics in their daytoday decisionmaking.
  • Measure and communicate the impact of analytics initiativesensuring alignment with business objectives and continuous improvement of analytics products.
