Our client is a rapidly growing Series B startup specialising in AI data development. Their platform is at the forefront of AI and machine learning, providing cutting-edge solutions that empower businesses to unlock the full potential of their data. They are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to join their team in London and play a key role in accelerating their growth.

Role Overview:

As the Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention across multiple digital channels. You will create, implement, and optimise data-driven marketing strategies to maximise ROI and support the company’s ambitious growth targets. This role requires a combination of analytical skills, creativity, and a deep understanding of performance marketing in a fast-paced, AI-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including PPC, social media, display, and content marketing.Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to optimise ROI and drive growth.Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across channels to meet acquisition and retention targets.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Data Science, and Sales, to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.Conduct A/B testing and experiment with new marketing tactics to continually improve campaign performance.Utilize analytics tools to track, report, and present key metrics, including CPA, CPL, LTV, and ROI.Stay current with industry trends and emerging digital marketing strategies, particularly in the AI and data development space.

Requirements:

Proven experience in performance marketing, preferably in a SaaS or AI/tech-focused environment.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics.Demonstrated success in managing and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.Knowledge of AI, machine learning, or data development platforms is a plus.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
