Leading design workshops to capture client requirements, providing good industry practice advice and recommendations Configuring the Payroll system to match business and client requirements, and ensuring end to end design across ERP (e.g. across Absence, Time and Labour, Compensation, Payments) Working with clients to identify and resolve any risks and issues arising from the deployment of technology solutions. Supporting our clients through testing and go-live. Build trusted relationships with clients and managing their expectations on delivery and time scales within the scope. Experience of other Oracle HCM Cloud modules e.g. Absence, Time and Labour, Compensations and a good understanding of how Payroll fits into the end to end design with other Oracle modules. Excellent client facing skills and the ability to liaise with clients at all levels of seniority. Experience of being customer focussed with strong documentation skills and able to work independently and unsupervised. The ability to provide innovative, creative and practical solutions, whilst delivering value.
