About the role: As a crucial member of theClaims Governance & Reporting Team, you will be accountable fordelivering high-quality, timely, and accurate reporting andmanagement information (MI) to support key decision-makingprocesses. Your primary responsibility will be to assist the Headof Claims Governance and Reporting in producing comprehensiveboard, committee, and management meeting packs, as well asdesigning and generating insightful MI reports and dashboards. -Deliver accurate, timely reports and insights to support strategicdecision-making. - Analyse claims data to identify trends, risks,and opportunities for improvement. - Collaborate on reportingstrategies that meet business and regulatory standards. - Supportsystem changes and projects to enhance operational efficiency. -Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance across allreporting outputs. Key Responsibilities - Collect, structure, andanalyse client data to ensure consistency and accessibility. -Validate metrics and enhance data quality for accurate reporting. -Produce claims portfolio analysis, including root cause andperformance insights. - Lead data flow projects and coordinate withinternal and external stakeholders. - Act as product owner forclaims analytics tools and develop project roadmaps. - Usestatistical tools to identify patterns for diagnostic andpredictive analysis. - Support audits, due diligence, andregulatory reporting, including loss runs. - Contribute tostrategic initiatives (e.g. conduct risk, KPIs, consumer duty).Skills & Experience Required: - Strong skills in data analysis,interpretation, and reporting - Proficiency in Excel, Power BI,Azure DevOps, VBA, and DAX - Experience in data transformation anddashboard development - Knowledge of insurance/reinsurance anddelegated claims oversight - Strong problem-solving, communication,and organisational skills - Experience in project and productownership - Comfortable working independently in a dynamic,change-driven environment - Familiarity with SQL, R, or otherstatistical tools - Exposure to market systems and delegated claimsMI (BDX/Audit/Due Diligence) - Multilingual skills are a plusRegulatory & Conduct Requirements: - Understanding theresponsibilities and adhering to the requirements of undertaking inan FCA/PRA regulatory environment - Ensuring compliance withInsurance Distribution Directive - Satisfying all claims-relatedregulatory reporting requirements in collaboration with thereporting function - Ensuring compliance with Munich Re’s Code ofConduct and the FCA’s Conduct Rules You will be rewarded with agreat compensation package, on target bonus, 25 days annual leavewith the option to purchase more along with private medicalinsurance and employers' contributory pension of 10% We are one ofthe few employers to offer fully paid 6months family leave fortimes when you need it the most.
