We have an exciting opportunity for aneffective and efficient professional with strong project managementskills and an interest in Artificial Intelligence (AI), at theRoyal College of Radiologists (RCR). AI is set to have a profoundimpact on the way our members work in the future, and its our roleto work with them to understand their needs when it comes toadopting AI into our specialties. As the AI Delivery Lead you willsupport the RCRs AI work by taking responsibility for projects andinitiatives emerging from the AI strategy and committee meetings,liaising with clinical professionals and representing the RCR atmeetings with healthcare organisations and other external bodies.To be successful you will be analytical, organised and highperforming. Able to cultivate relationships with key stakeholderswith a customer service approach. If you are excited about thepotential of AI in healthcare and would like to play an active rolein its safe adoption we want to hear from you! What you will do:Take forward agreed ideas, initiatives, processes and projects toestablish and further our credibility in AI as part of the widerRCR AI strategic objectives. Produce high quality AI briefings,reports and responses for relevant conversations with externalstakeholders. Provide support to the Chairs and members,co-ordinate meetings for the AI committees, advisory and workinggroups and other relevant groups (AI groups). Prioritise supportfor AI groups alongside all AI workstream activities for alignmentand integration with the RCR AI strategic aims. What you will need:Strong project management experience across the full projectlifestyle. Experience in leading multiple projects concurrently.Ability to take clear, concise and accurate minutes on complexsubjects. Experienced in reading materials and summarising fordifferent audiences to a high standard. Excellent time managementskills, whilst able to prioritise work and competing demands. Clearand analytical thinker, able to exercise sound initiative.Self-starter, confident to initiate and progress work.
