Job summary:

AutogenAI is seeking a proactive and customer-focusedOnboarding Specialistto join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for new customers, ensuring they have a seamless and positive experience as they implement our platform. You’ll manage the onboarding journey, drive user engagement and adoption, deliver effective training, and ensure customers reach key milestones. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will play a crucial role in demonstrating the value of AutogenAI, setting the foundation for long-term customer success and delight. 

 

What you'll be responsible for:

  • Generating New Business Leads:Proactively identify and qualify leads using cutting-edge sales tools, contributing directly to our growth and success. 
  • Prospecting & Research:Develop a deep understanding of potential clients and industries, building relationships with key decision-makers. 
  • Collaborative Strategy:Partner with senior sales team members to refine communication strategies and develop best practices that drive successful outreach. 
  • Innovating & Experimenting:Contribute ideas and strategies to improve the sales development process, ensuring we stay ahead in the market. 
  • Relationship Building:Nurture leads from first contact to qualified opportunity, playing an essential role in their journey with AutogenAI. 
  • Industry Representation:Represent AutogenAI at networking events, conferences, and industry gatherings, enhancing your own professional network and our brand presence. 
  • Market Intelligence:Gather insights on trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback, helping to shape our sales approach. 
  • Reporting & Analysis:Track and analyze your outreach campaigns, sharing insights and contributing to team-wide improvements. 

What you'll bring to the team:

  • Customer-Centric Mindset:A passion for delighting customers and delivering best-in-class experiences, with a focus on understanding and meeting their unique needs. 
  • Project Management Skills:Ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously, maintaining high attention to detail and ensuring timely delivery of key milestones. 
  • Exceptional Communication:Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging with customers at all levels, from day-to-day users to key stakeholders. 
  • Adaptability:Comfort in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, with a proactive and flexible approach to problem-solving. 
  • Technical Acumen:Ability to quickly learn and understand the AutogenAI platform and configure it to meet customer requirements. 

Requirements

  • Customer Engagement:Proven track record of delivering exceptional onboarding experiences and managing multiple customer projects simultaneously. 
  • Communication Skills:Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience delivering training and presentations. 
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:Ability to work effectively with sales, customer success, and product teams to deliver a seamless onboarding experience. 
  • Adaptability:Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment (previous startup or consulting experience preferred). 

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience:2+ years’ experience in a B2B SaaS company, preferably in an onboarding, implementation, or customer success role. 
  • Start-Up Experience:Previous experience leading onboarding projects in a fast-paced startup environment. 
  • AI Software Knowledge:Familiarity with AI software and applications. 
  • Bid-Writing Industry Exposure:Understanding of the bid-writing space, including industry-specific challenges and opportunities.
