The role involvesoccasional visits to locations to perform technical health checksand equipment installations and locally performedupgrades. What we are looking forEssential- The ability togain and hold DV clearance- Qualification in Cisco CCNA or CompTIAN+ certified- Experience of working in a NOC- Willing to learn andtrain in relevant network technology- Able to comply with securitypolicy as a system administrator- Able to follow direction fromline managers, prioritize tasks ad maintain a high level ofcustomer satisfaction.- Able to liaise with other MoD serviceproviders as part of providing the provision service-Ability toliaise with other MoD service providers as part of providing thecapability serviceDesirable- Certification: foundation in servicemanagement such as ITIL- Experience with configuration andadministration of high-grade encryption devices- Experience insupporting front end Voice over IP (VoIP) devices- Experience withDM VPN protocol- Experience with Active Directory to the limitedextent of the application of group policy to clientobjectsLocation: This role will be based in Herefordshire, withvery occasional travel to other sites.Clearance Required:This rolewill require DV clearance.For more information and guidance please[...] we do for you:At Leidos we are PASSIONATE about customersuccess, UNITED as a team and INSPIRED to make a difference.
