As an Associate Manager in MLOps you will:

  • Be engaged at the forefront of technological advancements in GenAI and expected to keep up to date with latest trends

  • Set up the infrastructure to deploy LLMs and ML models from in the Cloud, or on HPCs

  • Lead the day-to-day technical engagements on a project, helping to manage a small team

  • Be the go-to technical expert for all things MLOps

  • Contribute to improving life at Accenture and the wider department by raising your voice and engaging – we want to hear your views!

  • Performance manages a small team

    We are looking for experience in the following skills:

  • Robust programming skills (Python is essential)

  • An understanding of ML models, including versioning, deployment and training.

  • Experience with Docker, Linux/Unix CLI, Git, and testing.

  • Experience with one of a major cloud platform (preferably AWS, or Azure platform).

  • Knowledge of data governance and security best practices.

  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation

    It would also be great if you have:

  • Basic familiarity with utilising GPUs in the cloud environment

  • Familiarity with monitoring tools and techniques for ML models and data pipelines

  • Experience building APIs

  • Demonstrable experience with modern CI/CD pipelines

  • Knowledge of good DevOps and Data Engineering practices

    As a technology consultancy, we look for people who can deliver both exceptional technical solutions and work as true partners to the organisations we support. To do this you must be able to:

    Communicate effectively verbally and in writing, demonstrated through:

  • Effectively explain complex technical solutions to a non-technical audience

  • Writing meaningfully to deliver clear information, and guidance

  • Giving impactful presentations, articulating clearly key points

    Demonstrate critical thinking by:

  • Analysing and evaluating information

  • Using information gathered to present solutions and reach decisions

  • Displaying familiarity and comfort with a breadth of technologies (appropriate to the level of the role) and an appreciation of how they can be combined and applied to solve customer problems

    Work in partnership with others to:

  • Effectively manage both internal and external stakeholders to ensure synergy

  • Collaborate meaningfully with all parties to ensure outcomes are reached effectively

    Whilst having experience in a consultancy is beneficial, demonstrable experience in working with clients/external partners in other settings will always be considered.
