THE ROLE

AsTerritory Sales Manager, you will manage and grow an established client base while driving new business withinBelfast & Northern Ireland. Your responsibilities will include:
Engaging with dental professionalsselling innovative solutions that enhance patient outcomes.
Building long-term relationshipsworking with dentists, practice owners, and clinical decision-makers to maximize business opportunities.
Delivering high-quality product demonstrations & consultations, ensuring clients understand the value of premium solutions.
Working autonomously, backed by comprehensive training, marketing, and strong brand support.

WHO WERE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking an experienceddental sales professionalwho understands how to influence clinical decision-makers in a consultative, high-value sales process.
3 years of field sales experienceselling to dentists or dental practices (experience with implants, orthodontics, dental equipment, or consumables is desirable but not essential).
A proven track record inconsultative selling, with the ability to educate and influence key stakeholders.
Hunter mentalitycompetitive, target-driven, and skilled at identifying and closing opportunities.
Experience in the private dental sectoris highly desirable.
Ability towork autonomouslywhile being part of a high-performing sales team.
