To make the most of this opportunity we need and experienced and motivated mid-level Product Manager to join our growing team. With at least 2 years of experience in product management, and a strong background in marketing measurement and attribution, an understanding of machine learning models, and/or data science, you will contribute to the ongoing development and enhancement of our world-class attribution modelling.The RoleThe ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the development and optimization of products that enable accurate measurement and insightful attribution of marketing efforts. This role requires a deep understanding of product management principles, combined with an analytical mindset to enhance our marketing measurement capabilities.You are the bridge between the problem space for our customers and the solution space with our technical teams, coming together to ensure we’re solving the most critical problems Retail Ecommerce marketers face and driving continuous innovation in our data products.Key Responsibilities:Product Development:
Lead the ideation, development, and launch of innovative products focused on marketing measurement and attribution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and data science to deliver high-quality products.Market Research:
Collaborate with Product Marketing to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Utilize these insights to inform product roadmaps to solve problems that drive value.Roadmap Management:
Develop and manage a detailed product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and stakeholder expectations. Ensure timely delivery of product milestones and adapt to changing market conditions.User-Centric Design : Advocate for a user-centric approach, collaborating with Product design to ensure functionality meet the needs of end-users. Conduct user testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the product experience.Data-Driven Decision Making:
Leverage data and analytics to inform product decisions. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics to evaluate product performance and guide future enhancements.-Stakeholder Communication:

3-5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on marketing measurement and attribution products.Analytical Mindset:
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights. Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.Marketing Knowledge:
In-depth understanding of marketing principles, measurement techniques, and attribution models. Experience working with marketing teams to align product goals with marketing strategies.Technical Acumen:
