Senior Customer (Marketing) Analyst Leeds, WestYorkshire (2 days on the office) £40k - £45k + Excellent BenefitsOur client, one of the largest online retailers in the area, has anexciting new opportunity for a Senior Customer Analyst in theMarketing team, to provide analytical support through key businessreporting and ad hoc analysis. Role Responsibilities Delivermulti-channel digital insights to better understand online customerbehaviour. Maintain and develop reports to deliver key customerinsights. Analyse customer behaviour and purchase patterns touncover insights that drive customer engagement and businessprofitability. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports thattrack performance against agreed KPIs, customer segments, andcampaign effectiveness. Collaborate with customer, product, andcustomer service teams to deliver data-driven recommendations.Monitor KPIs such as customer retention rate, churn rate, customerlifetime value (CLTV), and net promoter score (NPS) to informstrategy. Conduct A/B testing and multivariate analysis to evaluatethe impact of marketing initiatives. Use predictive analytics toidentify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, andre-engagement. Requirements Proficient in data analysis tools(e.g., SQL, Excel) Must be able to think creatively about issuesand find a resolution.
