Manufacturing Digitalisation Manager , you will be supported in your role and have the opportunity to lead a talented team of five Digitalisation Specialists. Together, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation and excellence across our operations.Here is what you can expect from this role:Own and deliver the digital strategy for UK manufacturing, with support from the management teamBe an enabler and advocate for data-driven decision making, drive a culture of managing by exceptionAllocation of projects and day-to-day management of the digital teamDeliver the full lifecycle of multi-disciplined projects, from conception to business as usualDeliver effective communication and training to our manufacturing team, build a digital cultureMaintain a sound awareness of the latest technologies, lead on proof of concept evaluations.Implement standardised methods, processes and systems to optomise manufacturing operationsInspire a culture of continuous improvement across all levels of manufacturing.Build a network with the manufacturing community to share knowledge / best practiceContinued professional and personal development.In addition, you will be leading digital specialists on a range of technologies, including:Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and low-code developmentSystem and tool ownership and administration, such as ERP and MESData pipelines, storage, application and analyticsRobotics / Cobotics and internally developed production automation solutionsGenerative AI and Computer VisionThe location of this role will be Poole, UKThe candidateWe are looking for candidates who demonstrate the following characteristics:Creative Thinker
