AI Innovation & Enablement Lead

About the Role

At Elixirr, we’ve spent the last several years building our own suite of transformative AI technologies. Now, as we move from pilots to full-scale deployment across the firm, we’re looking for a dedicated leader to take charge of our internal AI innovation and enablement efforts. This role is critical to driving our internal digital transformation — blending technology development, strategic adoption, and organizational enablement to unlock the full potential of AI across the firm.

As the AI Innovation & Enablement Lead, you will sit at the intersection of strategy, technology, and people. You’ll lead the development of proprietary internal tools, work alongside our engineering teams, and champion the adoption of AI solutions like ChatGPT, Cursor, and emerging agentic AI tools. You’ll design and implement AI strategies that align with our business goals, uplift organizational AI readiness, and create a culture of experimentation, innovation, and continuous learning.

This is both a strategic and hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, uses AI daily, and is passionate about helping organizations harness AI to drive meaningful change.

Responsibilities

  • AI Strategy & Roadmap Development: Define and execute the internal AI strategy, ensuring alignment with Elixirr’s business objectives and future vision.
  • Internal Tools & Technology Development: Partner with engineering teams to design, build, and continuously improve proprietary AI tools that serve Elixirr’s unique needs, including leveraging low-code and no-code platforms.
  • Agentic AI Enablement: Champion the use of agentic AI solutions across the organization, identifying high-impact use cases and facilitating the development of custom workflows.
  • Product Management & Solution Design: Act as the internal product lead: understand business workflows, identify AI-driven solutions, translate needs into clear product requirements, and guide development priorities.
  • AI Adoption & Enablement: Drive adoption of internal and external AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Cursor, and more) through training, enablement, and hands-on coaching programs.
  • Training & Capability Building: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to improve AI literacy and confident usage across the organization.
  • Stakeholder Management & Influence: Engage with senior leadership and functional teams to identify opportunities for AI integration and ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Innovation Leadership: Continuously scan the market for emerging AI trends and solutions; assess their potential for Elixirr and lead experimentation efforts.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work across departments to integrate AI solutions that enhance operational efficiency and decision-making.

Requirements

  • Deep experience leading AI initiatives in an innovation, transformation, enablement, or product management capacity.
  • Proven experience with agentic AI tools, including both usage and development (preferably via low-code / no-code platforms).
  • Comfortable and fluent with AI tools — actively using AI in daily workflows.
  • Strong product management skills: understanding workflows, identifying AI opportunities, and writing clear, actionable requirements.
  • Experience partnering with engineering teams to develop internal tools and solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially with senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and deliver impactful training and enablement initiatives.
  • Curious, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous learning.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to developer frameworks for agentic AI development.
  • Hands-on experience building or customizing AI tools and workflows.
  • Prior consulting or professional services experience.
  • Experience with enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives.
  • Familiarity with ethical AI practices and governance frameworks (nice to have, but not a primary focus).
