About the area
The University Transformation and Improvement Team sits within the Office of the Deputy ViceChancellor (Operations) and plays a pivotal role in leading UWAs quality enhancement and continuous improvement agenda. The team supports enterprisewide transformation projects and service improvements partnering across the University to deliver operational excellence and strategic change.

About the opportunity

  • Lead the implementation of Gen AI initiatives and evaluate their outcomes across the University.
  • Collaborate with a range of stakeholders to identify AI use cases deliver staff training and drive adoption.
  • Support AIrelated policy process and resource development to enable sustainable and ethical AI integration.

About you

  • Proven track record leading projects preferably in a higher education context.
  • Expertise in Gen AI technologies and their operational applications in complex environments.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement training delivery and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead change manage teams and coordinate crossfunctional projects.
  • Analytical and strategic thinker with excellent problemsolving and planning capabilities.
