Manager, AI Ethics | Responsible AI
We are working with a globally renowned consulting firm that is expanding its AI Ethics | Responsible AI capabilities. They are seeking a Manager level practitioner to join a high-performing team focused on helping clients navigate the evolving regulatory landscape surrounding artificial intelligence.

This is a unique opportunity to shape the responsible adoption of AI across industries, working at the forefront of AI governance, risk, and compliance. The role sits within a fast-growing AI Strategy practice, and you’ll be helping clients embed ethical, transparent, and compliant AI solutions from design to deployment.

Lead the development of AI governance frameworks, policies, and assurance processes.
Advise clients on regulatory compliance (e.g., EU AI Act, GDPR) and ethical AI practices.
Collaborate with regulators, industry groups, and client stakeholders on trusted AI delivery.
Shape propositions and develop internal assets to drive the firm’s thought leadership in AI governance.
Develop, implement, and maintain ethical frameworks and policies that guide the responsible development and use of AI technologies.
Provide strategic advisory services, training and awareness programmes for clients around AI ethics and responsible AI practices.
Play a key role in developing and shaping the AI Ethics and Responsible AI consulting practice, including contributing to its strategic direction, service design, and operational growth.
Collaborate with commercial teams to identify new market opportunities, position ethical AI offerings effectively, and ensure alignment with client needs.
Support the creation of thought leadership content and client-facing materials to establish the organisation as a trusted advisor in the Responsible AI space.

Prior experience in consulting (mandatory), ideally within data/AI governance, regulation, or digital ethics.
Strong technical fluency in AI, data science, and machine learning frameworks.
Up-to-date knowledge of AI regulation, compliance, and governance standards.
