We are currently looking to recruit a motivated and skilled Machine Learning AI Developer who is eager to make a real impact. If you are ready to be a key part of our team at our Nicosia office, we would love to meet you and discuss how you can contribute to our success!

The role:

• Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and AI algorithms in alignment with project-specific objectives.
• Engage in active collaboration with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and product managers, to comprehend business requirements and pinpoint AI application opportunities.
• Undertake the data processing and analytical tasks necessary to prep data for AI and machine learning applications.
• Consistently evaluate, refine, and amplify the efficacy and accuracy of AI models through rigorous testing.
• Keep pace with the evolving landscape of AI, machine learning, and associated domains, integrating avant-garde technologies into our initiatives.
• Compile, document, and articulate the development journey of models, findings, and insights to stakeholders across the technical and non-technical spectrum.
• Champion the ethical deployment of AI technologies, ensuring strict adherence to data privacy standards and regulations.

What we are looking for:

• A university degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models and AI algorithms.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
• Solid understanding of data processing, feature engineering, and data analytics.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and product managers.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and the ability to handle complex datasets.
• Knowledge of data privacy standards, ethical AI practices, and regulatory compliance.
