You've built ML systems that shipped, now it's time to help others do the same.

We're looking for an experienced Machine Learning Engineer to start immediately, someone who loves to share knowledge, guide others, and shape how AI is taught in the real world. You will deliver live sessions, coach learners on real projects, and evolve our curriculum across ML, MLOps and GenAI.

This is a role for someone who thrives where deep tech and human development meet, and is equally comfortable explaining gradient boosting as mentoring a team through model deployment.

• Create new curricula and teach live workshops on Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Machine Learning Ops, and Generative AI.
  
• Teach learners 1:1 and in small groups.
  
• Review code, guide projects, and help learners ship production-ready systems.
  
• Improve the curriculum on a regular basis: new labs, case studies, datasets.
  
• Adapt material for enterprise clients and real-world problems.
  
• Collaborate with Programme, Careers, and Partner teams to align learning with industry demand.
  

• 
  
• Core ML/DL: supervised and unsupervised learning, feature engineering, regularisation, tree methods, neural nets.
  
• MLOps: tracking, CI/CD, containerisation, orchestration, monitoring, model drift.
  
• GenAI/LLMs: RAG, prompt engineering, LoRA fine-tuning, safety, evaluation.
  
• Tooling: Python, pandas/PySpark, MLflow, Weights and Biases, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, GitHub Actions.
  
• Cloud: AWS, GCP, Azure.
  
• Soft Skills: problem framing, stakeholder communication, technical writing.

• 3+ years building and deploying ML systems in production
  
• Strong Python and applied ML/DL experience.
  
• Hands-on MLOps knowledge (tracking, deployment, monitoring).
  
• Great communication: ideally, you've mentored, taught, or led internal training before.
  
• Curious, adaptive mindset; you love learning as much as teaching.

• LLM/GenAI experience (RAG, vector DBs, evaluation, optimisation).
  
• Experience in apprenticeship/bootcamp teaching or internal enablement.
  
• Content creation, open-source work, or public speaking.

• Learners deliver high-quality, portfolio-ready projects on a consistent basis.
  
• High engagement and satisfaction scores across sessions.
  
• Smooth, scalable delivery with proactive learner support.
