Job Description

Join our team of machine learning experts to bring cutting-edge causal inference models and algorithms into production at scale. Collaborate closely with data scientists to deploy, optimize, and maintain models that drive performance marketing, portfolio optimization, and large-scale ad automation. You will build robust and scalable pipelines, ensuring these advanced solutions deliver actionable insights and measurable impact in real-world applications.

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

You work with data scientists to deploy causal inference models for online marketing, including A/B testing, difference-in-differences, propensity score matching, and double machine learning, in real-world systems. You design and maintain machine learning pipelines that support model deployment, making sure they are reliable, scalable, and work well with existing tools and platforms. You collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to turn experimental models into working systems that support business goals. You monitor model performance, accuracy, and speed, and make regular updates to keep models effective as business needs change. You automate routine tasks and build systems that can handle large amounts of data and support fast model responses. You document your work and share technical details and results with both technical and non-technical team members to support collaboration and understanding.

Qualifications

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

You engineer and maintain production-grade machine learning systems, ensuring robustness, scalability, and high availability in real-world environments. You leverage Python and industry-standard ML frameworks like TensorFlowPyTorch, and Scikit-learn to build and operationalize intelligent models. You design and orchestrate end-to-end ML workflows using tools such as MLflow and Apache Airflow, enabling reproducibility, automation, and model governance at scale. Youdevelopanddeploy containerized microservices using Docker and Kubernetes, and integrate with RESTful APIs to support modular, cloud-native architectures. You apply causal inference techniques—including A/B testing, difference-in-differences, and propensity score matching—to support data-driven pricing and experimentation strategies. You work hands-on with cloud platforms likeAWS and big data technologies such as Apache Spark, Dask, or Polars, enabling distributed processing and efficient offline learning pipelines.
