We are seeking Machine Learning Engineers at Senior and Mid Level to develop and deploy core ML/AI algorithms for data science challenges across the group. You will support projects from inception to production, developing quality code, and working closely with data science teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Develop high-quality machine learning models to solve business challenges
  • Create production-ready code and manage automated builds and deployments
  • Write comprehensive documentation
  • Identify tasks, dependencies, and track progress
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Share ideas proactively and accept feedback
  • Manage multiple data science projects and deliverables

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, data modeling, software architecture
  • Experience with classical ML algorithms (e.g., Logistic Regression, Random Forest, XGBoost), research areas (e.g., NLP, Transfer Learning), and Deep Learning (e.g., BERT, LSTM)
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python (Jupyter, Pandas, Scikit-learn, Matplotlib)
  • Knowledge of model evaluation, data preprocessing techniques, and statistical methods
