Machine Learning Engineer (Python TensorFlow AWS) London / WFH to £80k

Are you a Machine Learning technologist with strong scientific Python and AWS skills?

You could be progressing your career working on bleeding edge, Machine Learning and AI powered, audio fraud detection software used by all UK banks, the emergency services and a range of other clients to prevent and detect fraudulent call activities.

As a Machine Learning Engineer within the model development team, you'll develop cutting-edge models for cloud based authentication and fraud systems, focussing on researching, experimenting with and implementing advanced machine learning models, continuously iterating to improve the products performance. You'll independently design, carry out and analyse online and offline experiments, employing metrics such as false positives, false negatives, precision, recall, F1 scores, ROC curves and confusion matrices to assess and improve model performance.

About you:

  • You have an advanced understanding of machine learning fundamentals, algorithms and theory
  • You have strong Python and SQL development skills and experience with machine learning frameworks including TensorFlow, PyTorch and Scikit-Learn
  • You have experience with machine learning techniques such as deep learning architectures, clustering methods and ensemble methods
  • You're happy to work across the full lifecycle and collaborate with platform engineering and MLOps through to dployment
  • You're degree educated in a relevant STEM discipline
