Machine Learning Engineer (Client dedicated | Fully remote)

As a Machine Learning Engineer you will be joining the world’s largest & most comprehensive clinical research organisation, powered by healthcare intelligence.

You can cover this position working fully remote from your current location in EMEA.

What you will be doing:

  • Design, build, and deploy AI and generative AI solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Develop and optimize ML models, neural networks, and AI applications using OpenAI APIs, LangChain, LangChat, and vector databases.
  • Write clean, maintainable code in Python, Java, or C++, and streamline deployment with Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Lead projects, mentor junior engineers, and foster innovation across teams.
  • Apply Agile practices (JIRA) to manage multiple projects and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
  • Leverage domain expertise in pharma (clinical, safety, regulatory) to create compliant AI solutions.

You are:

  • Graduated in Computer Science or relevant university degrees
  • Minimum 4 years work experience in a similar position
  • Experienced in AI, generative AI, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and Snowflake.
  • Skilled in ML algorithms, AI frameworks, and programming (Python, Java, C++).
  • Proficient with automation, containerization, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
  • Strong communicator, leader, and mentor with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Agile-minded, adaptable, and eager to learn emerging technologies.
  • Knowledgeable in pharma industry domains (clinical, safety, regulatory).
