Cure Talent is excited to partner with TympaHealth, a rapidly growing medical technology company that is transforming hearing healthcare. We are seeking a Machine Learning Engineer / AI Engineer to join their talented team, working on cutting-edge machine learning models for image and audio analysis.


The successful Machine Learning Engineer / AI Engineer will play a crucial role in developing, deploying, and optimising AI-driven insights to enhance business processes and support data-driven decision-making. This is a hands-on position where you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning models into real-world applications.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop AI models for classification, segmentation, and processing of image and audio data.
  • Optimise machine learning models to ensure peak performance.
  • Work closely with software development teams to integrate AI models into applications.
  • Collect, clean, and manipulate data from multiple sources (SQL, Excel, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of the company’s Data Lakehouse and centralised data store.
  • Stay up to date with the latest developments in AI, machine learning, and data engineering.


We’re looking for a Machine Learning Engineer / AI Engineer with:


  • Strong proficiency in deploying cloud-based machine learning pipelines, particularly on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Vertex AI.
  • Extensive experience in Python programming and using Jupyter notebooks.
  • Deep expertise in deep learning frameworks such as Keras, PyTorch, and CoreML.
  • Strong knowledge of image processing techniques and algorithms.
  • Experience in data wrangling, processing, and technical documentation.
  • The ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
