As aMachine Learning Engineer, you will:

  • Utilize generative AI for data preparation, code creation, and idea validation.
  • Drive end-to-end development of Machine Learning features and projects.
  • Build proof-of-concepts using Deep Learning and traditional Data Science approaches.
  • Develop and optimize ML algorithms for real-world applications.
  • Work in a diverse, collaborative environment while ensuring compliance with QHSE and governance policies.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • 5+ years of experience in AI/ML algorithm development and software engineering, including tools like NoSQL, Kubernetes, and Microservices.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with other languages such as Go, Java, or C++.
  • Expertise in data structures, debugging, and optimizing ML pipelines for production.
  • Proficiency with Scikit-learn and deep learning frameworks like PyTorch, with experience in two or more domains:
  • NLP (semantic search, sentiment analysis, translation)
  • Image (OCR, detection, recognition)
  • Video (object tracking, anomaly detection)
  • Audio (speech-to-text, speaker recognition)
  • Recommendation Systems (retrieval, ranking, ad tech)
