Job Description

If you are a Python expert interesting in revolutionising our AI powered product, the LLM Engineer role is an ideal fit. You'll be at the forefront of developing cutting-edge API implementations that use powerful language models like GPT and Cohere.


This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate closely with a talented team of engineers and researchers. You'll contribute to building scalable and efficient systems that power our AI applications. Core responsibilities:

• Build user-friendly RESTful APIs that make LLM capabilities accessible to other parts of our application.

• Fine-tune our APIs for speed, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

• Work closely with our team to ensure our LLM models integrate seamlessly with the rest of our application.

• Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with the latest developments in LLM technology.

• Write clean, well-structured code that’s easy to understand and maintain.

• Python

• LLMs (GPT, Cohere)

Qualifications:

• Python in an LLM environment - We use Python for developing LLM models to build RAG pipelines. You will bring a strong understanding of Python syntax and data structures. Additionally, you'll demonstrate experience with Python libraries for data manipulation. Ideally you'll have 3-5 years of experience with Python.

• Building REST APIs - You’ll create REST APIs to serve as the interface between our LLMs such as GPT and Cohere, and other components of our application.

• Code quality - You demonstrate awareness of best practices and coding standards and understand software design principles and patterns in LLM applications.

• Communication and collaboration - Our teams are cross-functional, and span Product, Engineering, Research, Sales, Customer Success, and Customer Support, to ensure alignment across the business.

Salary: £50,000-£60,000 per year
