About the Role:

Are you passionate about helping others unlock their potential and make positive life changes? We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Life Coaches. This role is open to anyone with the drive to guide others, even if you have no prior coaching experience. We provide full training to help you become a successful Life Coach, enabling you to work remotely with clients across the UK.


Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one virtual coaching sessions, helping clients set and achieve personal and professional goals.

• Develop action plans tailored to each client’s needs, assisting them in overcoming challenges and building confidence.

• Encourage a positive mindset and growth through guided sessions and proven coaching techniques.

• Maintain regular follow-ups to support clients' progress and keep them motivated.

• Document client progress and adjust coaching strategies to ensure ongoing success.


Requirements:

• A genuine passion for helping others and a positive attitude.

• Strong communication and active listening skills.

• Empathy and the ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Comfortable working remotely and using video conferencing tools.

• Open to learning new coaching methods and techniques.
