Meraki Talent is looking to recruit a Legal Tech Product Managerfor our client – a market leading and internationally operated law firm. The client invests heavily in new technology and embraces digital change as a source of competitive advantage.


This will sit within the legal technology domain of the company whose focus is to lead the strategy and adoption of technology within the organization to drive innovation and improve business processes. They are looking for someone with strong experience in the legal tech space as a product managmer or legal specialist who has a proven track record in implementing legal technology solutions.



Responsibilities of the Legal Tech Product Manager


  • Drive firm-wide user engagement and adoption of AI and document review tools by designing strategic plans, delivering training sessions, and fostering relationships with key stakeholder
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging opportunities in legal tech, focusing on AI and document review technologies
  • Participate in selecting, evaluating, and implementing new AI and document review technologies, managing trial programs, proof-of-concept exercises, and integrating these tools into pitches and proposals.
  • Monitor and analyse AI and document review tool usage, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize performance and user engagement across the firm.
  • Present the firm’s legal tech capabilities to clients, particularly in AI and document review, and coordinate with vendors, service providers, and technology partners



Experience of the Legal Tech Product Manager


  • Experience in a legal technology or legal product manager role
  • A background in AI and document review tools is ideal
  • Proven track record of successfully rolling out and implementing legal technology solutions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills
  • Strong project management skills and ability to implement change
