Teaching Associate - Data Science / Statistics

IU Group is seeking aLecturer Artificial Intelligence (m/f/d) for The London Institute of Banking & Finance (LIBF)on a permanent, full-time or part-time basis (minimum 12 hours per week), with a start date ofMay 1, 2025. The position is based inLondonand includes a flexible working arrangement that combinesremote workwithon-site duties. 

YOUR TASKS: 

  • You cover specific topics in the field ofArtificial Intelligence, including the following courses: Introduction to Artificial Intelligence, AI in Healthcare, AI in Production, Concepts of Artificial Intelligence in Supply Chain Management, AI & Society, and Introduction to AI in E-Commerce and Marketing.
  • Youconduct live sessions, including preparation and follow-up, and answer questions on the course feed. 
  • Youcreate media content, such as adapting scripts and crafting exam guides. 
  • You participate in committee meetings and collaborate on didactic projects for further development.
  • Yousupervise and mentor students, preparing them for their professional careers. 
  • You create and gradeevaluationsand ensure first-class quality in our teaching materials. 

YOUR PROFILE:   

  • A relevantscientific profilein the field of Artificial Intelligence. 
  • Practical experiencein the relevant field and subject area. 
  • Initial experience in higher education teaching, recognized by a fellowship of the Advance Higher Education, a Postgraduate Certificate in Higher Education (PGCHE), or an equivalent teaching qualification. 
  • Competence increating teaching materials, withexperience in online teachingas a plus.
  • Strong interest in innovative and modern digital education.
  • Team-orientedapproach and enthusiasm for interacting with students.
