What you would be doing  :

  • Lead the design, architecture, and development of a robust data platform
  • Collaborate with product, design, and analytics teams to enable integrations into the platform
  • Ensure high performance and reliability of platform tools and services
  • Mentor and inspire a team of engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence
  • Manage infrastructure, information security and DevSecOps practices


What You’ll Bring  ‍ :

  • A degree from top UK universities in a relevant field (i.e. Computer Science, Maths, Physics, Data Science, etc.)
  • 5+ years of experience with platform engineering
  • Strong experience in cloud platforms (e.g. GCP, AWS, Azure)
  • Strong proficiency with Terraform and containerisation techniques like Docker and Kubernetes
  • Strong understanding of DevOps/DevSecOps principles (i.e. CI/CD, automated testing, and production monitoring)
  • Experience setting and enforcing security standards
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Passion for working with the latest technologies and driving impact
