Reperio have partnered with a large fintech company here in Ireland who are seeking a Lead Machine Learning Engineer to join their talented Data and AI team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and deployment of machine learning models and solutions across a variety of projects. You'll work closely with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to create scalable, high-performance machine learning systems that directly impact our business and customers. The successful candidate will also contribute to the development of their AI/ML platform and tools to accelerate model development and deployment.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, or related field. PhD is a plus.
7+ years of experience in machine learning engineering or related roles.
Proven experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) and deep learning architectures.
Strong programming skills in Python, R, or Java, with a deep understanding of data structures and algorithms.
Experience deploying and maintaining ML models in production environments (using AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow).Benefits:
