Job Title: Sales Development Representative - Retail Website Optimisation

Location:Home-based with travel to client site or Columbus offices as required 

Salary:Negotiable (We aim to improve your current package)

The role of Sales Development Representative

You will help grow our pipeline of new business prospects for us to market our services to key influencers at high volume, transactional eCommerce brands.

Your Role:

  • Carry out research on new business prospects and source key decision maker contact information within Health & beauty, Fashion & Retail, Home & Garden
  • Drive the sales function through outbound calls, emails, social outreach and networking
  • Drive brand awareness and sales leads through delivering targeted marketing content
  • Set up appointments with key prospects to qualify them for pipeline
  • Nurture and manage relationships with prospects by engaging them via personalised, one-to-one emails
  • Manage and keep CRM updated
  • Keep up to date with key trends within eCommerce

Travel and Hybrid Working

We have an environment that gives you the flexibility to achieve an effective work-life balance. To maintain our collaborative approach, all team meetings take place face-to-face in our offices wherever possible -  you can work from a Columbus office or any Cubo office regularly if you prefer, whichever suits you.

About You (The Essentials)

  • Outbound prospecting and generating new opportunities or Direct sales. 
  • Experience targeting online Retailers (Fashion, Retail, Beauty, Home & Garden)
  • Understanding of Conversion Rate Optimisation -  advantageous
  • Excellent research skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Organised and efficient working style
  • Use of LinkedIn, HubSpot, and sales enablement tools
  • Curious, looking to challenge the status quo and improve
  • Collaborates well with both internal and external colleagues
