The Role

As the Data Science Lead, you will take charge of a high-performing team of data scientists, shaping and driving the organisation’s data strategy. You’ll deliver cutting-edge solutions such as propensity models, segmentation, LTV predictions, and AI-driven insights, all while fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. Your work will enable data to become a key driver of strategic decisions, creating tangible value for both customers and the business.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver the data science strategy and roadmap, prioritising impactful use cases.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to embed data-driven decision-making across functions.
  • Lead and mentor a team of data scientists, ensuring consistent innovation and high-quality outputs.
  • Communicate the business value of data science to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Utilise advanced analytics, AI, and machine learning techniques to solve complex business challenges.


What We’re Looking For

  • Extensive experience managing multidisciplinary data teams.
  • Hands-on expertise in machine learning, AI, and advanced analytics techniques.
  • Proven track record of driving growth through data-driven marketing and business strategies.
