We’re on the hunt for a talented Data Scientist with strong statistical foundations, top-tier Python/SQL skills, and hands-on experience in machine learning. You’ll join a lean, ambitious data team and play a key role in forecasting, modelling, and strategic planning across the business. Your insights will help shape operational and financial decisions company-wide.


🧠 What You’ll Do


Develop, deploy, and maintain predictive models to forecast performance and trends


Identify and test key features that drive business outcomes


Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to communicate insights


Build visual tools or dashboards to monitor model outputs


Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code


Share ideas to improve and evolve our data platform


🎯 What You Bring


Proficiency in Python, SQL, and ML libraries (e.g., SKLearn, XGBoost, Numpy)


Strong statistical reasoning and analytical mindset


Ability to explain complex concepts to diverse stakeholders


Self-starter attitude with curiosity and drive


A degree in Data Science, Math, Statistics, or Computer Science preferred


4+ years of experience (we're flexible for exceptional candidates)
