As aKey Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in maximising the sales performance of our launch product in urology. You will manage key accounts within a defined region, primarily focusing on secondary care while coordinating multichannel activities to integrate with primary care for a successful product launch.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess and analyse your region to identify business potential, prioritise key accounts, and create effective business plans. Understand and navigate local access pathways, including formularies and guidelines. Identify and prioritize key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders in each account. Utilise face-to-face calls, remote calls, speaker meetings, and other compliant means to communicate with customers. Develop and implement multichannel opportunities to ensure information flows from secondary to primary care stakeholders. Create and maintain detailed account plans, working towards achieving optimal positioning on relevant formularies and guidelines. Maintain a high level of product and disease area knowledge, sharing clinical data professionally and engagingly. Drive sales uptake by identifying and addressing patient and clinician opportunities. Provide support to each account, leveraging internal resources as needed.

Qualifications & Experience:

Proven sales experience with a continuous drive for personal development. Deep understanding of the NHS structure, payer landscape, and market access pathways. Experience in hospital protocols, formulary development, and primary care links. Strong influencing skills and experience in overcoming local access barriers. Exceptional selling skills and account management experience. Proficiency in IT business systems, particularly MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel). Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach. ABPI Qualification required. Urology and product launch experience is highly desirable. Full UK driver’s license.
