As part of the Oracle Customer Success Services team, you will be a member of the international network of experts, who will contribute to global technology-driven initiatives and innovation programs for continuous service improvements. CSS is a unit that enables long-term advanced support relationships with many of Oracle's largest customers.


What you'll do

Collaborate closely with clients to understand their technical requirements and provide innovative solutions Contribute to the development of Request for Proposal (RFP) documents by gathering requirements and delivering well-crafted responses Actively participate in the pursuit of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Architect certification, engaging in continuous training and development in cloud architecture and emerging technologies. Support Customer relationships with CSS focused on collaborative, long-term partnerships Learn and design solutions using Oracle-leading technology and Consulting methods, tools and best practices Learn from experts and contribute to bring value to our customers by leveraging Oracle’s international network of experts Use Oracle internal tools, resources and network to learn and stay up to date with on innovation and leading technologies Contribute as a team member on customer projects together with Oracle experts and leaders Consult with clients to understand their business requirements and map them to our solutions and services Work involves some problem-solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying Oracle policies and procedures
 

What you'll bring

Bachelor's degree or up to a maximum of 2 years of relevant experience Technical Aptitude and preferable tech background Interest and understanding of cloud technology concepts such as Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, Machine Learning, DevOps, Security, Terraform, and Oracle Cloud infrastructure plus the ability to learn programming (Python) Enthusiasm and dedication to tech hobbies are valued. (. website development, hobby programming, developing an APP, and self-driven exploration of technology and cloud computing (Oracle, Amazon, Azure, Google) Communication skills: You can collaborate and present concepts Innovation: You’re open to new ideas and challenges Agility: You’re a pro at embracing change.
