As we enter the next phase of growth, we are in search of an EMEA Associate Partner Manager. This role, within Channel Sales at LogicMonitor is to help build additional routes to market through channel partners and complimentary vendor partners. This is a new role within our organisation where you will be directly responsible for helping to build our channel ecosystem. You will be able to directly impact EMEA's revenue as we grow and scale. This role will be responsible for all aspects of partnership including business development with the partners, partner marketing activities (in conjunction with our marketing team) and supporting the LogicMonitor sales team during the sales cycle.

Here's a closer look at the duties in this key role:

Develop a business plan for each partner to boost deal registration submissions Drive campaigns with partners aligned to LogicMonitor's go-to-market priorities Be confident presenting LogicMonitor to partners  Actively network and call into those identified partners to drive channel originated pipeline velocity and deal progression to the closure. Build and maintain pipeline of business through partnership channels in order to exceed revenue quotas Engage with key contacts at each partner and partnership managers, enable partner salespeople to competently deliver the LogicMonitor pitch, manage their pipeline and lead development activities. Help build relationships between partner salespeople and the LM Sales team where appropriate Address any concerns and queries the partner might have as soon and as thoroughly as possible. The goal is to keep the partner satisfied with the partnership. 

What You'll Need:

Minimum of 3+ years outbound pipeline generation activities Minimum of 1+ years of channel experience (preferred) Proven track record of consistent over-achievement in a sales/channel role in software industry You must have an entrepreneurial, can do attitude Able to articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users. Able to establish and maintain strong relationships with multiple stakeholders  Creativity in problem solving is key - finding new ways to make an impression and maintain existing relationships
