Summary

The Junior Partner Development Manager supports the development and of partner strategies with Hyperscale ISV (independent software vendors) Consulting and System Integration (SI) partners. This role helps drive revenue growth by assisting in managing partner relationships and supporting sales efforts.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in partner onboarding and developing partner portal expertise.

  • Assisting in lead generation and tracking partner opportunities.

  • Supporting sales teams by providing partnerrelated insights and coordinating joint sales activities.

  • Helping manage relationships with key partners to ensure smooth collaboration.

  • Gaining knowledge of SaaS Artificial Intelligence (AI) Machine Learning (ML) and Intelligent Document Processing to support partner engagements.

  • Working with the Digital Business Units sales teams to identify new opportunities and utilize partner incentive programs.

  • This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their experience in partner management sales and business development.

Your role in our mission:

  • Assist in identifying and developing new sales opportunities through partnerships.

  • Support partner relationship management by helping to coordinate meetings track activities and maintain strong communication.

  • Work with internal sales teams and partners to align on GoToMarket (GTM) strategies and sales activities.

  • Help generate leads by supporting marketing and sales campaigns with partners.

  • Assist in organizing and participating in joint sales calls with Iron Mountain and partner teams.

  • Provide basic sales and product knowledge to help enable both Iron Mountain and partner sales teams.

  • Track sales opportunities and update records in Iron Mountains CRM system (Salesforce) and Partner Portal (IMPartner).

  • Support marketing presales and product teams in executing partner marketing and training plans.

  • Help address basic partner concerns and escalate issues to senior team members when needed.

Valued skills and experience:

  • 13 years of experience in technology sales business development or partner management preferably in SaaS or digital solutions.

  • Some experience engaging with customer decisionmakers and key stakeholders.

  • Proactive positive and eager to learn in a fastpaced environment.

  • Interest or experience in one or more industries such as Public Sector Financial Services Manufacturing or Healthcare.

  • Exposure to working in a large matrixed organization or with enterpriselevel customers is a plus.

  • Some experience collaborating with Hyperscale ISV (independent software vendors) Consulting and System Integration (SI) partners is beneficial.

  • Strong communication and relationshipbuilding skills with a willingness to take a consultative approach.

  • Fluency in English is required; additional European languages are a plus.
