About the Role:

We are working on behalf of a leading design-focused brand to find a Junior E-Commerce Administrator and Copywriter. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail, a passion for data and analytics, and an interest in artificial intelligence and e-commerce. In this role, you'll support the growth of the company’s digital presence, work with various e-commerce platforms, and contribute to creating optimised, engaging content.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing and maintaining e-commerce product catalogues across platforms like Amazon and Etsy, ensuring listings are optimised.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and keyword research using tools such as Helium 10 and Brand Analytics to refine product visibility and SEO.
  • Write and update product content, ensuring alignment with brand standards and data insights.
  • Use AI tools to streamline content creation and data analysis processes.
  • Monitor and resolve operational issues across e-commerce platforms and assist with administrative tasks.
  • Handle customer service responsibilities, including managing queries, returns, and order fulfilment.
  • Collaborate with teams to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

  • Data-Driven:Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and act on data insights.
  • Excellent Written English:Capable of producing clear and engaging content.
  • Tech-Savvy:Enthusiasm for AI and e-commerce, with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and technologies.
  • RTW in the UK:Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
  • Desirable:Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, SEO practices, or tools like Helium 10 (not essential but advantageous).
