Crionet has strengthened its position in the sports tech sector through the recent acquisitions of Eyes Vision, based in Trento, and LIGR , based in Sydney.

  • Live Graphics Systems (LIGR)is an innovative cloud platform for live sports with primary functions including the creation and automation of cloud graphics for broadcasters and streaming, automated highlights, and advertising.
  • Eyes Visionis an AI and Computer Vision company founded in 2016 in Trento (Italy), offering on-court and off-court technology services for tennis and padel, such as ball and player tracking, real-time technical statistics, line calling services, VAR, video clips, and automatic highlights.

We are looking for a dynamic and motivatedJunior Account Managerto join our team inCentral London.


Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Manage day-to-day client communication and address their needs proactively.
  • Maintain and update client information using Dynamics 365, purchase order processes and invoicing.
  • Support senior account managers in developing and implementing account strategies.

 

What We’re Looking For:

 

  • Experience: At least 2 years in account management, customer success, or a related role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Dynamics 365, SalesForce, ZohoCRM.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to handle client queries and provide timely solutions.
  • Organization: Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset and willingness to support colleagues when needed.
